Transportation and storage at room temperature, valid for two year.

• Do not use the sample preservation medium for pre-moistening or pre-wetting the applicator swab prior to collecting the sample or for rinsing or irrigating the sampling sites.

• Disposable device, do not reuse.

• Do not touch the applicator in the area below the breakpoint indication line.

• Do not use if the swab is visibly damaged.

• Wash hands thoroughly after handling.

Step 2:Collection of the flocked swab sample:

• Pcr Test Swab

   • To collect a nasopharyngeal PCR swab / pcr nasal swab sample:

Tilt patienfs head back 70 degrees. Gently and slowly insert the pcr nasal swab through the nostril parallel to the palate (not upwards) until resistance is encountered or the distance is equivalent to that from the ear to the nostril of the patient, indicating contact with the nasopharynx. Gently rub and roll the nasal swab and slowly withdraw while rotating PCR swab.

   • To collect a oropharyngeal/throat PCR swab sample:

Insert swab into the posterior pharynx and tonsillar areas. Rub PCRswab over both tonsillar pillars and posterior oropharynx and avoid touching the tongue, teeth, and gums. Stop for several second to absorb secretions and then slowly remove PCR swab while rotating it.

• Antigen Test Swab

   • To collect a anterior nasal swab sample:

Insert the entire collection tip of the PCR swab provided inside the nostril. Firmly sample the nasal wall by rotating the swab in a circular path against the nasal wall at least 4 times. Take approximately 15 seconds to collect the specimen. Be sure to collect any nasal drainage that may be present on the swab. Repeat in the other nostril using the sameanterior nasal swaband withdraw the swab.

   • To collect a oral sample：

Hold the stick and gently insert the swab into the oral cavity, rotate about 5 times to ensure sufficient sample collection and withdraw.

Step 3:Quickly put the flocked swab into the tube. Break the sampling swab at the breakingpoint, discard the handle end and tighten the pipe cover.
