Transportation and storage at room temperature, valid for two year.

• Instructions should be read and followed carefully.

• Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection while handling.

• Do not use the sample preservation medium for pre-moistening or pre-wetting the applicator test swab prior to collecting the sample or for rinsing or irrigating the sampling sites.

• Disposable device, do not reuse.

• Do not touch the applicator in the area below the test swab breakpoint indication line.

• Do not use if the swab is visibly damaged.

• Wash hands thoroughly after handling.

Step 2:Collection of the sample:

    • To collect a nasopharyngeal sample:

Tilt patienfs head back 70 degrees. Gently and slowly insert the test swab through the nostril parallel to the palate (not upwards) until resistance is encountered or the distance is equivalent to that from the ear to the nostril of the patient, indicating contact with the nasopharynx. Gently rub and roll the test swab and slowly withdraw while rotating it.

     • To collect a oropharyngeal/throat sample:

Insert the test swab into the posterior pharynx and tonsillar areas. Rub swab over both tonsillar pillars and posterior oropharynx and avoid touching the tongue, teeth, and gums. Stop for several second to absorb secretions and then slowly remove the test swab while rotating it.

     • To collect a anterior nasal swab / self swab / Lateral Flow antigen swab sample:

Insert the entire collection tip of the anterior nasal swab provided (usually%to%of an inch, or 1 to 1.5 cm) inside the nostril. Firmly sample the nasal wall by rotating the Lateral Flow antigen swab in a circular path against the nasal wall at least 4 times. Take the test swab approximately 15 seconds to collect the specimen. Be sure to collect any nasal drainage that may be present on the Lateral Flow antigen swab. Repeat in the other nostril using the same Lateral Flow antigen swab and withdraw the Lateral Flow antigen swab.

     • To collect a anterior oral / self swab / Lateral Flow antigen swab sample：

Hold the stick and gently insert the test swab into the oral cavity, rotate about 5 times to ensure sufficient sample collection and withdraw the Lateral Flowantigen swab.

Step 3:Quickly put the test swab into the tube. Break the test swab at the breakingpoint, discard the handle end and tighten the pipe cover.
