Way of packaging : Nude place in container, machine body tightened with steel wire rope and base frame position fixed by heavy steel angle plate. Roller groups cover with waterproof cloth. Computer control system packed with plywood box. Tooling box and regular wearing parts packed with plywood box as well.

The box beam sizes are adjustable automatically. It can be fabricated in 0.8~2.0mm thickness and almost any length. With highly forming accuracy and cut to length, the forming line capable well improved customer production capacity.

Box beams introduction

Box beams vary in different sizes and can be customized as per requirements according to load capacity. It has no inset step, but has four flat flanges looks like a box. In practical usage, the load beams mounted onto upright rack column with hooks or integral rivets. Some special systems also may utilize extra clips or bolts for locking beam and the upright. In market, the regular box beams normally made up from two independent c channels and nested together like a box. The box beam has stronger strength compare with other types of steel beams.
