To make the container houses frame, at least required two roll forming machines. One for producing the side column, the other for top/bottom sectional beams.

One forming machine normally composed of a manual or hydraulic uncoiler, pre-leveling section, punching unit, main forming machine, cutting section, PLC control cabinet, hydraulic pack and run-out tables. The raw materials for making container houses posts and sectional beams are galvanized steel. Thickness ranged from 2-3.5mm. The rollformers are capable to produce the column and section beams automatically.

Application:

It’s very conveniently, easily and quickly to build or assembled a container house with steel side column, sectional beams, windows, doors and wall panels. All the components have been pre-produced in workshop and then transported to site assembling purpose, with this way minimize the environment pollution and save energy.
