YK-021 flexible paper straw bending machine is used to bend the straight straw/pipe into flexible shape
This YK02 machine is a forming machine used to bend straight drinking straws into flexible drinking straws.
The whole machine is fully automatic, with one operator adding the straight straw into the hopper.
The straight straws supplied in the hopper at the top of the machine, are feed one by one into the main drum of the machine and clamped by two mechanical hands.
As the main drum rotates, the straw passes through two rotary dies to receive a die‐pressed effect, then compressed with two mechanical hands into flexible. It’ll output the finished products automatically.
The main drum always carries 12 straws in continuous operation.
