This model YK-12/22-100A is a paper cup forming machine with two turnplates, with an open intermittent indexing mechanism, gearing and a longitudinal shaft structure, which allows a rational distribution of the various functional assemblies.

The whole machine is lubricated with oil to reduce the wear and tear of the machine parts; the cup wall is heated by Swiss Lister to ensure stable bonding and the cup bottom is bonded by Swiss Lister heaters; the second rolled edge, the first rotating rolled edge and the second heated and shaped, increases the strength of the paper cup forming, makes the roll mouth beautiful and the size stable.

The cup-making process is PLC controlled, with photoelectric eyes to monitor the whole process and servo feeding, thus improving the performance of the equipment, achieving fast and smooth operation, realising automatic stopping for faults, reducing the labour intensity of workers and improving the safety and stability of the equipment.
