MACHINING TEST

WHEEL RIM BRAKE AND ROAD FATIGUE TEST: Put the rim into the machine Test the rim up and down hill brake  whether there is any abnormality in it

SPOKES TENSION STRENGTH TEST:  Put the spokes into the testing machine Test the spokes tension condition  under different pressure strength by adjusting specific pressure parameters.

PRODUCTION PROCESSING

Cutting carbon fiber,use professional cutting instrument, set the cutting size parameters to operate.

Using tools layer by layer stacking carbon fiber, each of it should be wrapped tightly to fit inside and outside.

Set the rim perform to the mold and apply air pressure from the inside to push the carbon up against the mold

Open the mold and clear off the resin outside.

Cleaning&Drilling :

Under CIF/FOB price, We arrange the shipment to customers' named warehouse, including the local Chinese custom clearance, local charges. Customers is responsible to handle the terminal local charges and Custom 

Under DDU/DDP price, We arrange the shipment to customers' named terminal warehouse address, including all the custom clearances of both sides and all port charges. Customers need to cooperate with our logistic forwarder agent to finish the clearance and TARIFF payment.  

Under EXW price, Customers designated their own forwarder to pick up cargo from own warehouse/ overseas warehouse.

4.Q: What size tires can you fit on your wheelsets?

Answer.

1.The 23mm wide wheelset can be fitted with 23mm and 25mm outer tires

2.The 25mm wide wheelset can be fitted with 25mm and 28mm outer tires.

5.Q: Can I make my own logo? Is the cost free or do I have to pay extra? How much does it cost?

A: Yes, but the development of LOGO will incur additional costs, the cost is we have to pay the water label factory, the cost is determined by the color and the size of the label, you can send me your label, I help you confirm the approximate cost.
