Made of food-grade elastic silicone material which will provide a safe and comfortable seal on the face in addition our innovative product design offers full face protection. These high-performance, ABS filter cartridges with a curved design exceed industry standards in drop testing, toughness, and overall strength.

 

Use together with Innosurg Goggles for the best protection.

 

KN95 Level Multi-filtration System

Each filter cartridge contains 3 layers of melt-blown fabric, 2 layers of cotton filter, KN95 level protection which will effectively obstruct of air-born particles, pollen, dust, debris and other particles in the air.

 

Multi-Purpose and Practicality

Respirator half mask can be used in various environments for various activities such asmining, welding, casting, metal smelting, grinding and chemical dust protection in cement factories, furniture factories, stone factories and sandstorm environment.

 

Long Service Life

With our reusable design, the filter cartridge can easily disassemble and reassemble for replacement.

Service life of Filter element

The service life of filter element is influenced by the following: the concentration of particulate matter in the air, the user's breathing rate, ambient temperature, and humidity conditions. The replacement time of the filter element is generally determined as follows:

(1) Recommend to replace the filter element every 8 hours. When the user feels that breathing resistance is significantly increased or the filter element is dirty or damaged, they should immediately leave the polluted environment and replace the filter element.

(2) For routine work, it is recommended to determine the timetable for the replacement of filter elements according to experience, experimental data or other objective methods, and to replace them regularly.

(3) Record the time of use after each use to help determine the replacement time

 

Note: This product is not suitable for use in toxic gas environment.
