1. This machine uses PLC and servo motor to control and drive, to realize the product auto convey, transfer,counting,picking bags,open bags,sealing automatically.

2. Mold forming:sealing adopts mold minus air pressure forming,to gurantee the packing effect good.

3. HMI:double touch screen setting and operating,with easy operation .

4. Breaksdown tracking alarm:can find the breaksdown reason and position easily and show on the touch screen and easy for maintainence.；

5. Monitoring system: with or without bags,product monitoring,to avoid no packing without bags,or no moving without products;when the packing bags is abnormal,auto reject,when the bags breaks auto stop machine,or when bags connecting so failed to open the bags ,will auto reject the bags.

6. Packing speed can be set freely.

7. Temperature control system :adopts heating wire to heat in short time ,DC control mold,and suitable for the bags, to avoid the fake sealing situation .

Adopts single lane feeding mold, can connect to single packet packing machine .

2. How long is your Warranty?

A: All our products will have ONE year guarantee and we will continue to offer advice and spare parts after this period.

Within ONE year after receiving our machines, Under right operation and non-artificial reasons, If there are any damaged parts or accessories, We will replace them by air-mail or Express immediately FREE OF CHARGE.

After ONE year warranty, Spare parts and damaged parts will be charged at cost price.

3. What's the payment terms?

A: 30% initial payment when place your order, 70% balance payment before shipment. 100% L/C at sight is also acceptable.

4. About machine's Transportation & documents?

A: Please advise us the nearest port of your city in order to check the latest sea freight for you at first. Fast and security shipping company will be chosen by our Delivery Department for customers (if we signed contract under CIF term). Even All risks Insurance will be covered during the whole transportation.

5. How to operate and maintain the paper machine?

(2)We also provide abroad technical training service.
