Product Description

(1) BOTTLE IN-FEED / OUTLET DEVICE

1.This Full automatic liquid and paste filling machine production line machine main construction in stainless steel with level feet pads. Thermoplastic table-top slat chains (REXNORD or Netherlands made).

2. Stainless steel conveyor frame and adjustable bottle guide rails.

3. Conveyor size : (L.) 2300mm x (W.) 250mm, (H.) 850mm.It`s straight conveyor design

4. Variable speed AC Motor (Siemens, brand) with Italian gear box.

5. Empty bottles feeding direction from left to right.


(2) FILLING STATION :

  1.   2 sets of Airtac piston from Taiwan (liquid contact parts in SUS 316).

  2.   2pcs of stainless steel 316 filling nozzle.

  3.   Piston filling range from 100-1000ml variable speed individually.

  4.   Dipping type filling nozzle, no spilling of liquid onto clean bottles and conveyor.

  5.   Each nozzle including the air cylinder for shut-off filling,

  6.   Stainless steel drip tray to keep liquid from spilling onto the clean bottles.

  7.   Photocell sensors (Germany SICK brand).

  8.  Equipped with automatic feeding system, level sensors, starter automatic feeding device When

      filling hopper material is less than 30%.Rotor pump for supplying liquid from storage tank.

      Filling Nozzle for Smaller Bottle Neck:

 1- Shut-off filling nozzle design for prevent the liquid dropping.

 2- Each nozzle including the air cylinder for shut-off filling.


(3) CONTROL SYSTEM :

 1- Siemens PLC Control screen display.

 2- On/off switch, start button, emergency stop, speed adjustment knob.

 3- User friendly Germany Siemens touch screen, easy operation.

 4- Digital filling volume setting for servo motor.


(4) LIQUID TANK :

 1- Stainless steel construction, liquid contact parts in stainless steel 316L.

 2- Liquid level detecting sensor with a pneumatic control valve for liquid feeding.

 3- Manual switch for each liquid feeding hole under the tank bottom.

 4- Top Tank Capacity : 150 Liter.


(5) TECHNICAL DATA :

 1- Machine construction covered in stainless steel SUS304-2B unless that contact with material    

   must be SS 316.

 2. Under the filling Nozzles, during filling the conveyor must be stop, and when the nozzles get up    

     the conveyor start working again.

 3- Fast change-over design for different size of bottle.

 4- Digital Germany Siemens touch screen display and setting.

 5- Easy machine to set up and maintenance.

 6- No bottle – No filling safety device.

 7- Power source : 240 or 480V, 60Hz, 3 Phase depend on customer inquires.
