ETCR9100 H/L Voltage Clamp Leakage Current Meter break through the traditional structure, specially used to measure the leakage state of high voltage circuit line and judge the running state of zinc oxide arrester. ETCR9100 H/L Voltage Clamp Leakage Current Meter can be used as high and low voltage current transformer ratio tester, zinc oxide arrester tester, which is measured the current in the primary and secondary circuits of the CT respectively, and then calculated out the turns ratio or conversion turns ratio of the CT. Note: due to the running of surge arrester leakage current should be less than 500ua, so it can according to the measurement of arrester leakage situation to judge the running situation of surge arrester, if the measured current of lightning arrester leakage  is too large, more than 500ua, excluding system voltage is too high, the lightning arrester may have stains or be affected with damp or aging. The larger of the leakage current, and the situation of stains or be affected with damp or aging are more serious.
