Automatic PumpCap Capping Machine
Pump caps include pumps located at the top of the cap. As a result, pump caps cannot be gripped at the top like most other caps, they must be gripped at the side. This makes them difficult to tighten by hand and most types of bottle capping machinery cannot properly tighten pump caps.
Application:
The STRPACK spindle capping machine tightens trigger spray caps, lotion pump caps, mist spray caps and foam dispenser pumps onto plastic and glass containers. The STRPACK spindle capper tightens all types of pump caps and standard screw-on caps ranging from 15mm – 130mm in diameter.

• Pick & Place device for placing the cap onto bottle mouth automatically.
• Pick & Place is driven by servo motor with rotary actuator.
