Adjustable Roof System is engineered for the maximum flexibility possible in designing and planning for the commercial and residential roof solar system. It is applicable to install the usual framed module, The solar system can be a fixed angle or adjustable such as 10~15 degree, 15~30 degree,30~60degree and The special extruded aluminum rail, special module, clamp kit and the Adjustable Front/Rear Leg Kits can be high pre-assembly and make the installation easy and quick to save your labor cost and time. The customized length can eliminate the weld and cut onsite to keep the high anticorrosive performance, the structure strength and the appearance.

Installation Guide :

Step 1:  As per the installation layout to fix the front leg base with wooden screw M6.3*80mm.

Step 2:  As per the installation layout to fix the back leg base with wooden screw M6.3*80mm.

Step 3:  Install the 2# roof rail on the front leg and back legs with D module nut and M8*25mm screws .

Step 4:  Put the solar panels on the roof rails ,and fix the panel with Mid clamps,End clamps and D module nut.
