5069-IB16K ,It is designed to be used with the CompactLogix 5380 or 5480 controllers.
The 5069-IB16K module has 16 channels, meaning it can monitor the status of 16 digital input devices or sensors. Each input channel is individually configurable for a wide range of input types, including sinking and sourcing inputs. It supports both 24V DC and 120/240V AC voltage levels.
The module is hot-swappable, allowing you to replace it while the system is still powered, resulting in minimal downtime during maintenance or module replacement.
It connects to the CompactLogix controller through an EtherNet/IP network and uses a digital backplane communication interface for data exchange with the controller. Configuration and programming of the module are typically done using the Studio 5000 Logix Designer software.
