This Manual Mmbossed Machine it is suitable for standard PVC card size: 85.5x 55mm. Our credit card embossing machine with total of 68 characters code symbol characters, capital letters ( 26 pcs): A-Z Arabic numerals ( 20 pcs): 10 large numbers 0-9, and small character 10 pieces 0-9.

3. Modify flatten characters (2): 

•  using the international standard ISO standard special characters.
•  Spacing interval 2 grade: 1/7 inch (only for use in large characters) 1/10 inch (limited to the use of small characters)

Operating Steps:

• 1、Put the card into the card box 
• 2，Adjust the space scale according your need 
• 3，Disc is rotated and choose what your word
• 4，Adjust the word distance knob
• 5，Press handle to embossing numbering

• First Step :  Preparatory Work

1. Insert the handle to the shaft hole which in the right of the machine, screw on the screws tightly.
2. Pull the card box to outmost, as your need to put the card sample in the outline border.
3. Put the new card into the metal frame,pull into lightly.

• Secondly Step : Spacing Selection

1. According to different machine style, normally words space have 1/7inch,1/12 inch for choice.
2. The horizontal spacing of characters can changed by turn words space to adjust. And 1/7 inch is large symbol,1/10 inch is small symbol;1/12inch is Italics spacing (This space at WSDM-E and WSDM-CE)

• The Thirdly Step : Choose Words Locating Code

1. Turn choose encorder, make the desired character imprinted pointer position. 
2. For chose vertical position, can push the card selection box 
3. Select left and right position, can directly move card frame to right. Move to left and can press the handle lightly, about 15 degree angle and restoration. Card frame can move to left.As that way, can get the position which your want.
4.  Card imprint is left to right, after press every words, need move to left. Press 3 to get blank character.
5. Embossed characters: Operate to bottom then restoration.
6.  If the words can not meet your request. It is lighter or deeper, can be adjusted by adjusting the screw hole at the bottom of the machine adjustment.

• First, Z random word hex wrench Loosen the nut a little, and then random hex wrench fine adjustment intermediate adjustment screw. 

• However , please note  that , please do the clockwise rotation adjustment screw, so it can play a character deepens; 
• After adjustment screw counterclockwise rotation can play a lighter character. 
• Please complete random after Allen wrench to stabilize the adjustment screw Z random word hex wrench to tighten the lock nut.

1. If you need to modify the character,  according to specific requirements to choose blank frame or blank frame  Modify.
2. Modify small characters, use the small flattened symbol blank frame 
3. Modify great character,use the large flattened symbol blank frame.
4. The operation way is the same as embossed methods, embossed the original position after re-imprint the desired character to the right.

NOTES Again :

1.  Please using standard card (85mm × 55mm) prohibited use of metal or non-standard card;
2. When the disc is rotated, forbidden to press handle to avoid damage of the machine;
3. Replace gears, please note the positioning position, such as the middle needs to be replaced, please use the left hand to block the card box gently, so as not to block the card at the time of transposition neutral automatic shift;
4. Forbidden hand or other foreign objects into the machine. 

• PVC embossed coding machine is manual one. Whole machine have not electric,99%accessories is metal. Use life normally 300,000 PCV card. Normal using approx 5 years. Do not worry that usage and quality;
