Condensing gas instant water heater is a high efficient and environment-friendly hot water heater. It has double heat exchangers. In additional to the primary exchanger conventional heaters generally have, it has an extra condensing heat exchanger (or latent heat exchanger). When in operation, the high temperature smoke goes upward, from primary heat exchanger to the condensing heat exchanger, while water flow goes downward, first through condensing heat exchanger and then main exchanger. The cold water absorbs the residual heat in the condensing heat exchanger first and after that it takes in heat of the main exchanger. All these heat added up makes its efficiency much higher than regular water heater.

INSIDE CONSTRUCTION

 

 

 

① Patented Fan

The integrated fan without solder joint features superior performance.It increases oxygen for combustion and expels exhaust gas. And automatically regulates rotate speed to improve heating efficiencty and save fuel.

② High Thermal Conductivity Heat Exchanger.

Made from high purity oxygen free copper, energy-saving and environment-sound. Stay with original colour, no process is necesary. Efficiency is higher by 3%, endurable, anti-corrosive and oxidationg resisting.

③ Buner

Sealed and intensified combustion technology renders highly effective, fuel saving, precisely  mixed gas and air for optimum combustion.

④ Flow Sensor

Superior Hall sensor is utilized to accurately supervise water flow to enable constant outlet water temperature. All copper main body is especially lasting.

⑤ Leeway Switch

Anti-backdrafting technology, automatically detects failure to exhuast gas out of house due to flue blocking, hense ensure safer operation.

⑥ Condensing heat exchanger

The gases temperature regular hot water heaters exhaust reaches140-180℃, condensing secondary heat exchanging technology to preheat the water by making use of the residual heat in the smoke, which improves the efficiency by 10%.
