GW Aluminum Alloy Three-Diaphragm Clamp Coupling


Structural Characteristics:

1. The extended design compensates for radial, angular and axial deviations more effectively.

2. Designed for servo, stepper motors.

3. Gap-free shaft and bushing connections for forward and reverse.

4. Low inertia for high-speed operation.

5. The diaphragm is made of stainless steel and has good anti-fatigue properties.

6. Clamping screw fastening mode.


Installation Note:

1. When installing a single cross axis universal coupling, the main and driven end angle speeds vary, the main and driven axes can not be kept in sync, and their out-of-syncity varies with the β angle.

2. To achieve the same angular speed and synchronous rotation, a double-cross-axis universal coupling should be installed or used by a combination of two single-cross-axis universal couplings and an intermediate shaft.
