ZXDH2 Overview of Hydrogen Production Equipment


▶ The combined electrolyzer with bipolar pressurization technology adopts special design and materials, so the electrolyzer will not leak during operation, has long service life and does not need any maintenance.

 In the compact electrolyzer,  non asbestos patent material is used as diaphragm, the pure nickel mesh is used as cathode and anode, patent material is used as sealing gasket, carbon steel and pure nickel coating are used as bipolar plate. The precise design of sealing structure is environmentally friendly.
 The Special activation treatment is carried out on the cathode of the electrolyzer to ensure the high water electrolysis efficiency with low power consumption and save electric energy for customers;
An electrolytic consists of 68 cells with maximum DC voltage.136V,Rated DC current 740A, ensure that the H2 flow is 20NCMH and the O2 flow is 10NCMH (detailed parameters shall be confirmed during detailed engineering design)
 Chemical KOH(concentration 25-30%) is used as an additive in electrolytes to increase the conductivity, but it does not consume chemicals during normal operation, so it does not need to be supplemented in the electrolyte after the first start-up.
 Through special technology, the hydrogen generator can be designed and operated under the pressure of 1.50 MPa (g) without using any gas compressor. Therefore, if the customer needs more pressure and has to use a hydrogen compressor to increase the pressure, the gas output of the generator will be pressurized to 1.50mpa (g), so as to improve the reliability of the generator and save the capital cost for the customer.
