Raw material control

Ceramic sand is made by high temperature sintering, and inorganic pigments are attached to the surface of sand grains. After high temperature sintering at 500-900℃, the colored sand will never fade;

The glass fiber tire adopts 100g, 120g high-performance carcass, and uses the unique glass fiber and polyester special technology to needle punch the polyester felt and the glass fiber felt into a composite felt, which not only combines the glass fiber felt and the polyester felt The advantages of this product are high thermal dimensional stability, excellent waterproof performance, high tearing performance, high bursting strength, and suitable elongation.

Processing technology:

In addition to the characteristics of general asphalt shingles, due to the improved design and construction technology, the waterproof performance and decorative effect are greatly improved.
