PLA (Polylactic acid) is a polymer made by biological fermentation from sugarcane, corn, sugar beets, wheat and other sustainable& renewable resources. It is an ideal green material for carbon reduction.
We coat silicone single side or double side on the PLA film to protect what sticks, the renewable and biodegradable corn starch PLA release liner make this processing even more sustainable.
The PLA film can be composed into carbon dioxide and water at a temperature higher than 55 ℃ or under the action of oxygen enrichment and microorganism 180 days later.
Our biaxial tensile process gives PLA (BOPLA) with higher strength and thinner film thickness, which makes the process of material disintegration and microbial erosion easier.
PLA film release liner means to coat silicone one side or double sides of BOPLA.
