Cautions

A: Unpacking Inspection

1)  Check main devices and components according Packing List. Please contact the manufacture if any part missing.

2)  Confirm the quantity and labels of antennas


B: Antenna Installation

1)  Low Frequency antenna is long and is recommended to be installed at the back of the vehicle.

2)  High Frequency antenna is recommended to be installed on the roof. An antenna mount with a turnover mechanism is optional, so that the antenna can be folded and put on the roof when it is stand by.

3)  4X4 ORV (Off-Road Vehicle) is recommended.


C: Vehicle Power Supply

1)  Portable generator is necessary to provide high-power (AC).

2)  Output of generator is not less than 3500VA.

3)  A BUFFALO Power Generator is recommended for low-noise, small-size and high-power portable application.


D: Cooling & Ventilation

1)  This product has an intelligent cooling and ventilation system, and auxiliary cooling is unnecessary.

2)  Air intake/exhaust is recommended to ensure air circulation in vehicle.

The Device Structure and Working Principle

The device is robust housing, dustproof, shockproof. Flexible power supply ways, such as external AC power, built-in battery, external battery box and generator.

Modular designed, each component is pluggable, can be replaced directly, it has five high-power shielding modules, which can combination randomly, frequency can be customized.

Flexible controlling ways, like directly control on the machine, or controlled by external line-control-box.

 

 

Modular Design (DDS digital modulation module)

Each draw-bar box can assemble five high-power modules, and each module can connect with computer to set band parameter and power by software.

Each module can output 4 different frequency bands simultaneously.

Each module can be any combination according to frequency requirements.

Each module is designed with three indication lights, to show Power, Run and Alarm (reflective self-excited fault alarm).

Each module has its own module switch, switch on or switch off optionally according to field application requirements.

Each module is independent to each other, pluggable and replaced directly, and it would not affect the normal working of other modules. 


Portable Applications

Put the chassis upright, find the pull rod handle.

Poke out buckle, stretching up the rod handle at the same time.

Transfer the equipment by dragging or directly pick up the chassis by handle, easy to transfer.


Connect AC Power Supply

Ensure the AC power line aerial plug connect with the host reliably, and then connect AC plug with AC socket.


Connect Line Control Box


Connect the aerial plug of line control box cable with line control box.

Connect another aerial plug of line control box cable with the host line control box interface.


Connect RS-232 Communication Cable

Connect RS-232 communication cable serial interface with host serial interface.

Connect RS-232 communication cable USB interface with computer USB interface.


Install and Set DDS Software


1. Install RS232 communication cable driver

2. Install management and control software DDS_Monitor program

3. Open DDS_Monitor software, the drop-down menu displays COM8 and COM9 (Attention: the picture shown below is screenshot during demonstration operation process, it may display other information or blank in your machine)

4. Connect RS232 communication cable, the drop-down menu displays COM8, COM9 and COM10, then click “open” to open the new communication port, COM10 (Attention: the picture shown below is screenshot during demonstration operation process, it may display other information or blank in your machine, the menu must have a new communication port after connecting RS232 cable, the new port is we need, just open it)

5. Click “Get” to get the frequency parameter, set frequency range (including start frequency and stop frequency) and 2 output power parameters of current module, and then click ”Set” to update the settings
