Storage method:

Generally, mature honey can be stored at room temperature, and it should be dried, ventilated,and protected from sunlight. If the temperature is too high, it can be stored in the freezer compartment. Honey is stored in non-metallic container such as ceramics and non-toxic plastics. It cannot be used in iron containers and sealed.
