The box-type filter press uses filter cloth as the medium for solid-liquid separation. It is a sorting machine suitable for large particle size range. The filter cloth is spread on the surface of the filter plate and is supported by the expansion groove of the filter plate. After the filter plate is clamped, the filter cloth becomes a sealing material. The cavity between each two filter plates forms an independent filter chamber. In the filtration process, the material enters the filter chamber through the center hole, the filtrate flows through the feed pressure, and flows out of the filter plate after confluence. Chamber filter press can be divided into open channel flow and culvert flow according to the way of filtrate.
The plate and frame filter press separates solids from liquids in the form of filtration. It is a sorting machine suitable for large particle size range. The material passes through the filter chamber by the filter plate and the filter frame, the material under the pressure of feeding, the filtrate flows through the filter frame-fiber gap between the filter plate and the filter cloth, reaches the model surface, and the filter plate flows out after polymerization. The remaining solids will form a filter cake. The plate and frame filter can be divided into open channel flow and culvert flow according to the way of filtrate.

Description:
