Lab High Temperature 1700-1700-1700C Three Zone Tube Furnace for Atmosphere Sintering
This tube furnace has three heating zones, adopts a double-layer shell structure and an electronic temperature control instrument. Each heating zone can carry out 50 sections of program temperature control. Phase shift trigger, SCR control. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material. Both ends of the furnace tube are equipped with stainless steel flanges. The stainless steel flange is equipped with gas nozzles, valves and pressure gauges, and the vacuum degree can reach 10-3 Pa when vacuuming. The furnace is horizontal, and the three temperature zones can be independently controlled and set to different temperatures. It is convenient to use and simple to operate. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall, and energy saving. It is an ideal product for high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiment and vacuum annealing in universities, scientific research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises.
