Brief introduction for deep groove ball bearing :

Deep groove ball bearings is one of the most widely used rolling bearings. It is characterized by low frictional resistance and high rotational speed. It can be used on parts with radial load or combined load of radial and axial action. It can also be used on parts with axial load, such as small power motors. Automobile and tractor gearboxes, machine tool gearboxes, general machines, tools, etc, 6205 is one of deep groove ball bearing .

6205 Bearing Specification :

We can provide 6205 with three type design ,in an open, shielded (ZZ), or sealed (2RS) design.

Open bearings are supplied with a light oil coating and are used in oil bath and oil misting applications.

Sealed bearings are supplied with a contacting lip seal that excels in protecting the bearing from liquids and other foreign contaminants. The inherent design creates friction, drag, and in turn heat; factors that require consideration in high speed applications.

Shielded bearings are provided with non-contacting metal shields that protect against larger particles entering the bearing, but do not protect against liquids. They add no friction during operation and therefore do not generate heat build-up.
