KC2000-E is a new type of fireproof coating for cable developed by our company according to GB 28374-2012 national standard. The product can produce uniform and dense spongy foam coating when subjected to fire, which can effectively inhibit and block the spread of flame. It can be used for fire protection of power cable body and joint, and also can be used for fire protection of cable thread at the bottom of switch cabinet. It has the advantages of environmental protection, no pollution, non-toxic and tasteless, strong adhesion and good flexibility.

Direction for Use
1. Before construction, clean the cable surface of dust, oil, impurities, etc. and carry out the construction of fireproof coating until the cable surface is dry;
2. When using, the fireproof coating should be fully stirred evenly;
3. Brush for 3 times, with an interval of 4h for each time and a thickness of 0.3~0.4mm for each time. The final coating can be formed after drying and the final coating thickness is about 1mm.
4. During the construction and before the coating is dry, it should be waterproof, anti-insolation, anti-pollution, anti-movement and anti-bending. If there is any damage, it should be repaired in time;
5. After the completion of construction, the coating should be uniform and smooth, with no obvious bump on the surface.
