The machine is a multi-functional automatic double wall cup forming machine (double wall cup and ripple cup can be done on the same machine), which adopts open intermittent indexing mechanism, gear transmission and longitudinal shaft structure, thus reasonably distributing each functional assembly.

The overall use of spray oil lubrication reduces the wear and tear of the machine parts.

It is laminated through a continuous process of multi-indexed row automatic paper feeding, ultrasonic welding, robotic paper cylinder transfer, oiling, bottom folding, stepping glue feeding, two-stage cylinder down sleeve lamination, pressing and bowl unloading.

The machine adopts frequency converter and induction speed control and adopts optical control non-contact switch to detect abnormal work and realize automatic stop for failure, which protects all parts of the machine from collision and improves the stability and life of the machine.

Independent cams are used to drive the left and right cup clamps in the tube clamping station, so that there is no noise during work and the tube clamping action is stable and reliable.
