Machinery Introduction:

MZH Vacuum Emulsifier Machine is a vacuum deoxygenation, mixing, homogenization, heating, electric control and other functions in one, the equipment is composed of vacuum homogenization emulsifier, vacuum system, lifting system.The vacuum emulsifier can also be matched with oil and water kettles according to the production process requirements.

Work Elements:

Material after hot water boiler, oil boiler heating and mixing and then draw lots to the emulsion boiler by vacuum pump, intermediate (fixed) agitator and ptfe scraper residue agitator emulsion boiler sweep boiler wall residue, according to high shear wheel and cutting box for strong cut, impact, no rules of mobility.The material is quickly cut into 200nm-2um particles in the cutting gap. As the emulsifying boiler is in a vacuum state, the material generated in the stirring process seems to disappear in time.
