Half-cut cell technology

Sunpal HiMAX5 products adopt multi-bus grid technology, and more cell grids can reduce the lateral propagation path of current by 50%, increase component power and reduce the risk of hot spots .The half cell design method can effectively reduce the operating temperature of the components, thereby reducing internal losses, and the power generation gain of the whole-chip design is 1.1%.
